What poster sizes do you offer?
We offer posters in various standard sizes, such as 30x40 cm, 50x70 cm, and 70x100 cm. Some designs are also available in square formats.
Can I have my poster custom made?
Yes, we can provide many designs in custom sizes upon request. Just send us a message with your desired dimensions, and we'll see what's possible.
What material are your posters made of?
Our posters are printed on high-quality, durable paper with a matte finish. This prevents glare and ensures deep, vibrant colors that won't fade easily.
What printing technique do you use?
We use professional giclée printing (high-resolution pigment ink). This ensures colors remain vibrant and details razor-sharp, even at larger sizes.
Are the posters produced in an environmentally friendly way?
Absolutely! We print on FSC-certified paper and use eco-friendly inks. We also strive to make our packaging as sustainable as possible.
Are the posters delivered with or without a frame?
Posters are delivered unframed by default. However, you can optionally add a frame in various colors when ordering.
What is the best way to hang or maintain my poster?
Hang your poster in a dry place, out of direct sunlight to prevent discoloration. Use a frame or poster hanger to display the print neatly and securely.
Will the posters be signed or numbered?
Some limited edition prints are numbered or signed by the artist. This is always clearly stated on the product page.
Order and Delivery
What are the shipping costs?
Because our products are custom made in different locations within Europe, shipping costs are calculated and may vary per country.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.
Can I cancel or change my order?
As long as your order hasn't been processed yet, you can cancel or change it. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
What if I am not home during delivery?
If you're not home, the delivery person will try to deliver the package to your neighbors or take it to a collection point. You'll receive a notification by email or track & trace.
Do you also deliver abroad?
Yes, we deliver throughout Europe. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by country—you'll see the exact costs at checkout.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
As long as your order hasn't shipped yet, you can change your delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible to let us know.
Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?
We are currently not offering a pickup service, but we are working on making this possible in the future.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay safely with iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Is online payment safe with us?
Absolutely. All payments are processed via a secure SSL connection and trusted payment providers. We don't store any payment information.
Are there additional fees for certain payment methods?
No, we don't charge extra fees for payment methods like iDEAL or Bancontact. Only when paying later via Klarna may a small surcharge apply.
My payment failed, what should I do?
Don't worry! Try again or check your internet connection. If the problem persists, please contact our customer service —we're happy to help.
Will I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, once your order is completed, you'll automatically receive a digital invoice by email. You can also use this for administrative purposes or business purchases.
What happens if I accidentally paid twice?
We'll resolve that quickly. Just send us a message with your order number, and we'll refund the overpaid amount within 3 business days.
How do I know if my payment was successful?
After successful payment, you'll receive a confirmation email immediately. Didn't receive an email within 10 minutes? Check your spam folder or contact us .
Packaging
How are the posters packaged?
Our posters are carefully packaged in sturdy cardboard tubes or flat boxes, so they arrive undamaged.
What if my poster arrives damaged?
Please contact us by email within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the damage. We'll send you a new poster free of charge or work with you to find a suitable solution.
